Lead Physiotherapist

Ben graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University, completed further studies with a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy at Latrobe University and has worked in the NDIS for over 8 years. He has an interest treating participants from all walks of life including people living with chronic pain to wheelchair tennis players.His main interest and skills include mobile soft tissue massage, neurological rehabilitation, strength and conditioning programming, preventative physio & longevity, dry needling and chronic pain management.Outside of seeing NDIS participants, Ben is an Australian Open Tournament Physiotherapist and has previously worked with international ATP/WTA professional tennis players.Qualifications:APA Titled Sports & Exercise PhysiotherapistB.Physio (Hons), M. Simon Tran

Simon Tran

Senior and Shoulder Physiotherapist

Simon Tran completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at Monash University and has furthered his expertise with a graduate certification in Sports Physiotherapy.With extensive experience in private practice, Simon has treated a diverse range of musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions and has a special interest in shoulders. He specialises in home and gym based exercise rehabilitation, as well as strength and conditioning programs designed to promote moblity and functional capacity. His passion for shoulder rehabilitation stems from his appreciation of the significant role patient education and upper limb biomechanics play in restoring daily function.Simon also has extensive experience working within the NDIS framework, providing physiotherapy services for individuals with neurological, developmental, and physical disabilities. He is committed to improving mobility, independence, and overall quality of life for his clients through tailored therapy programs. Evander graduated from Latrobe University with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Masters of Physiotherapy practice. He has strong experience in guiding rehabilitation and strength & conditioning having worked as a personal trainer for 3 years and has gained a wide understanding of different progressions of functional exercises for participants of all walks of life.Being an athlete himself, Evander understands the importance of mobility, strength and balance/stability in order to have a great quality of life.Qualifications:B.Ex Sci, M. Graeme is a passionate and experienced physiotherapist working within the NDIS and previously in a hospital setting and private practice. He is passionate about providing tailored rehabilitation for individuals with neurological, physical, and developmental conditions. He is dedicated to improving mobility, function, and independence through a combination of manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and empowering patients to take control of their own health.Alongside his work as a physiotherapist, Graeme also serves as a firefighter, bringing a unique skill set to both fields. His firsthand experience in emergency response and high-intensity environments has given him deep insight into injury prevention, physical resilience, and strength conditioning. This dual expertise allows him to approach rehabilitation with a practical, perspective, helping his clients improve their mobility and build long term physical capacity.Balancing both careers, Graeme is committed to making a meaningful impact—whether through supporting his clients in their mobility and rehabilitation journey or protecting the community as a firefighter.Qualifications:B.Physio (Hons), APAM
